Cancellation Before Campaign Start

You can cancel a campaign free of charge up to 3 days before the campaign start date.

To cancel your campaign, go to “My Campaigns” and click on the relevant campaign. In the panel that appears on the right side of your screen, select “More options” and then “Cancel campaign.”

Cancellation After Campaign Start

Brand Awareness Campaigns (CPM)

• Invoice: For this type of campaign, you will still be invoiced for all the booked ad impressions for the full campaign period.




• Card Payment: You were charged the full amount at the time of booking and will not receive an automatic refund.


 

Traffic Campaigns (CPC)

• Invoice: For this type of campaign, you will only be invoiced for the clicks delivered during the campaign period until the time of cancellation.




• Card Payment: A final charge will be made 2 days after cancellation for any clicks delivered during the last calendar month.
