Uploading advertising material

You can either upload your advertising material while placing the campaign order, or you can do it afterwards (up to 3 days before the campaign starts).

If you upload the material right away, it will be sent for approval, and you will receive an email once your campaign has been approved and is ready to be published according to your chosen start date.

If you prefer to upload the material after the campaign has been ordered, go to “My campaigns” and locate the campaign you want to update. Click on the circle in front of the campaign name, or the middle icon, and then click the “Edit advertising material” button. Follow the instructions shown on the screen.

 

What do I do if my advertising material has been rejected?

Before your campaign can go live, it must be approved by our team to ensure it complies with our guidelines. If it doesn’t meet these requirements, it will be rejected.

Here are some things you can check if your ad is rejected:

  • Does the link you entered work?
  • Do the images and text match what you are promoting?
  • Is the ad free of spelling mistakes?
  • Does your ad have a logo and a clear sender?
  • Does your ad have the correct dimensions and file size? Check here.
